It's been awhile...

Brrrr....it's been cold outside!!  We have had some winter weather here in Paris, Texas and Lamar County.  We were out of school for several days....seems like things just stopped for awhile. 

The scenery was beautiful so I decided to share a few pictures. 

Out towards the front of our house.  Where is

Out little "project" is covered over.
I have the "great grandfather-made"
playhouse that my children grew up on
back and we are restoring and tweeking
it for our future grandchildren!!  We had
let some family friends have it for their
grandchildren and since they are all grown,
they returned it to us.  Wasn't that so
nice??

All the snow did have a calming effect

and made our landscape so beautiful. 

We rarely get this much snow in

our area, so it was enjoyable.
